Where we are
The Gatehouse is in Wick Lane, a quiet residential road and is easily reached by car, bike or on foot. We are on the South side of town, just off the A360 Salisbury Road. Set in rolling Wiltshire Countryside, Devizes is in the centre of the County. Within the town, there is the famous Kennet & Avon Canal, with the amazing Caen Hill locks.
We are 25 miles North of Salisbury, with it's famous Cathedral and the Georgian City of Bath is also 25 miles away, to the West. With the stone circles of Stonehenge and Avebury close by, plus the National Trust village and Abbey at Lacock a 20 minute drive, these are just a few of the things enjoyed by locals and visitors alike.
